It won’t be long before we’ll all be there with snow!

Yes, it was just starting to snow this morning when I crawled out of my toasty bed. I pulled up my blinds and, low and behold, a few little white flakes were swirling around! On my way home from working out it was snowing harder, this time big fat wet flakes. It abaited quickly and then the sun came out. Overall it was a very sparse showing, I guess to just remind us they exist and will be coming in full force soon.

I morphed into consumer mode today and went to the stores with what seemed like half of Vienna. Mariahilferstraße was really full despite the frigid temperatures and the intermittant snow. I spent over an hour in C&A looking for a stocking cap (see last post) and emerged triumphant with a pink hat and matching scarf and only slightly static-y hair. No need to call the fashion police--the scarf ties in with my red coat and I still match, in a very Carrie Bradshaw kind of way. No seriously, it matches, really.

Rosalie made gingerbread cookies tonight. This is the third time we’ve had them in the last five or six weeks, and the first two times I made them. It was nice to just sit back and command her around instead of having to roll them out and cut them out and so on and so forth. *hee hee* As of tomorrow morning we are going to have a third roommate—Daniel, Rosalie’s boyfriend. I’ll let you know how it goes.

Ten points for anyone who can tell me from which movie the title of today's blog hails! (Man, look at the fantastic English grammar!)
